Training sessions

Do you want to be able to search for and evaluate information? Are you studying for a course and need some research papers for an essay or dissertation?

We offer a variety of information skills sessions including:

Introduction to the NHS Knowledge and Library Hub NHS Knowledge and Library Hub -
Undertaking a literature search
Point of care tools / clinical decision support resources, such as BMJ Best Practice and UpToDate
An introduction to Critical Appraisal

Sessions can either be booked as a 1 to 1 with the librarian, group sessions, or as departmental training, and can take place either in person, or online.
