Barnsley Hospital is celebrating after its outstanding Portering Services team was named Portering Team of the Year at the National MyPorter Awards 2025. This prestigious accolade recognizes the team’s unwavering commitment, innovation, and excellence in healthcare support services.

The team has demonstrated exceptional performance throughout 2024. Their efforts have streamlined patient movement, optimised hospital operations, and fostered seamless collaboration with clinical staff across all departments.
