Visiting the clinic
The Audiology Department is located within the Outpatients Department on the first floor. To find us, turn right and follow the main corridor to the end. You will go past the Chest Clinic and Orthotics on your left. The Audiology Department, and our waiting room, is at the end of the corridor.
We are open Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:45 pm.
Our current waiting times are:
- self-referral for repair/ear insert/aid adjustment - 1 to 4 days
- from GP referral to first assessment appointment - 2 to 4 weeks
- from assessment to fitting with hearing aid - 4 to 6 weeks
- from fitting to follow-up appointment - 6 to 8 weeks
